"I wouldn't say this is a 4* hotel. The rooms are very basic but comfy bed. The gym and pool is open to the public so its busy.
The hotel cleaners were very helpful but the reception staff were not. Our key card consistently didn't work and when we asked reception to order a taxi for us so we could get to our wedding they were not helpful at all - surely reception staff at a 4* hotel are capable of ordering taxi's for guests?"
