"The property was clean. It was a distance away from the main town. You needed a vehicle to get into town. There was no lake view from the rooms only from the rooftop. Noise was audible from adjacent room.. at one point there was no water available to our room."

"There was no one on site to help with issues, and no one answered phone. There was no hot water, some doors were totally unlocked upon arrival. There were dogs running free and barking. There was junk bikes laying in the walkway. There was no elevator, only steps. The outside was rundown and messy. ..."
