"Great location for a hostel. Just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the train station. I used this as my base and took the train to other parts of The Netherlands to explore. The city is gorgeous and relatively quiet for a city. There's a large shopping mall, plenty of dining options, a major station which you can take to connect to international trains. There's also plenty of beautiful streets and canals to run along if you enjoy running. The hostel is clean and staff are very friendly. I would recommend not leaving anything in your bed as the last night I was there someone stole my extra battery pack which I had charging while I filled up my water bottle. It was unfortunate but all other valuables we're secure in a locker. "

"My wife and I visited Amsterdam over the Easter weekend, but we weren't convinced by any Amsterdam hotel, so we decided to book a hotel in Utrecht and take the train from there (cheap, fast and every few minutes). Entirely by accident, I've booked this hotel which isn't even in Utrecht, but at about 8 miles (15km) away. It's a gem! Clean, quiet with a million amenities and options, super safe parking (even for a motorcycle) and easy access to the motorway. I'm sure we'll go again sometimes."

"The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly; check-in was a breeze. I liked that the room I had was a studio apartment. However, the kitchen could be equipped with basic condiments like salt, pepper and cooking oil. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I slept well. The hotel is a 35-40min walk from the train station, but you could take buses also."
