The Duplex Principe Real is located right in the heart of Principe Real and walking distance to Down Town. A cozy duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The Duplex Principe Real is located right in the heart of Principe Real and walking distance to Down Town. 5 minutes walking to Bairro Alto and only 10 minutes walking distance from Chiado. In this nice and cool apartment we can accommodate up to 6 people maximum.

This charming apartment is ideal for those who like to stay in a nice and sophisticated area and have the feeling that they belong there. During the day there are so nice bakeries and coffee shops and kiosks where to have the newspaper and have a coffee on the street.
At night you can enjoy the local restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines, since the most traditional Portuguese cuisine to the most sophisticated.
At the Principe Real Garden you can enjoy the nice kiosks and a restaurant surrounded by the centennial trees of the park providing a nice and refreshing shade.

Good location

This home has an excellent location for walking into the old part of the city. The space was quite small for five adults, and the spiral staircase was a challenge to bring the suitcases up. The window in the main bedroom on the main floor wouldn’t open, so it did not allow for airflow. It was quite warm for sleeping.
