8.6/10 Excellent! (53 reviews)
Everything about this hotel/appartment was amazing. The location was so close to everything and we had a very nice view out the windows. It felt very safe and although the streets were busy our room was quiet. The host was amazing they sent us a list of restaurant, grocery store, and activity recommendations. They were easy to contact for check in information and gave us a direct line if we needed to contact them during our stay. I was worried about there being no air conditioning but there were so many windows that created airflow we were never hot. The kitchen area was well stocked with everything we could need during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here and if I am ever back in Lisbon I will book here again.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (79 reviews)
Casa Palmela is a truly beautiful boutique hotel and an unforgettable place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such a lovely greeting, which immediately set the tone for our visit. The service throughout our stay was absolutely perfect—warm, attentive, and thoughtful without ever feeling intrusive. There are many activities on and offsite that were very easy to arrange. The hotel itself is stunning, and our room was especially beautiful. We loved the gorgeous regional tilework, which gave the space so much character, and the amazing chandelier added an elegant touch. The complimentary bottle of local red wine and cheese board waiting for us was such a generous and memorable welcome. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wonderful buffet offering plenty of delicious options, and dinner at the hotel was excellent as well. Everything about Casa Palmela felt carefully considered, charming, and special. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing boutique hotel experience.
