Good service Good breakfast

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place was amazing. Massive two bedroom and 4 bathroom apt complete with kitchen amenities, perfect for our family of 4. The apt is new so everything is modern and beautifully put together. The location is just outside of the busy hub of the city but within close walking distance to everything with a beautiful view of the river. Amazingly quiet. The staff are beyond wonderful- in keeping with our overall experience with the Portuguese people. And we chose a rate with breakfast included which was provided at the restaurant next door and that also exceeded expectations. Huge breakfast and great menu also suitable for our gluten free needs. Cannot give enough positive praise for our stay here and will recommend to others looking for a perfect family suite in the heart of Lisbon.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, staff were very friendly and service was awesome. Little details like providing a welcome treat and always filling our water bottles with ice water before we went out for the day was great!

The original building is stunning and a walk into the past. It is filled with antiques and other beautiful ornamentation. However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings. Staff generally are gracious and willing to accommodate, however it took one hour to check in and deliver our luggage to the room. There was only one other guest checking in at the same time. The grounds and pool are spectacular. I would return just for the pool. The food in the Asian restaurant aside the pool is delicious albeit service was very slow. All I. All I would happily return to this wonderful and comfortable hotel in Lisbon.

Overall it was a great stay. The only issue we had was that our flight was delayed and thus we ended up checking in very early in the morning (3 am). When we arrived the mobile Key I was sent did not open the door I was instructed to use. That said they were easily available over the phone and quickly solved the problem allowing us to settle in and get to bed. The extra bed was a couch which the staff could not figure out how to lay flat like a futon so my daughter just ended up sleeping on the couch which was not perfect but it worked. The apartment had a lot of space for us and otherwise was located in an area that was easily walkable. There was one night that I heard music from clubs close by at 4am (I think) and most nights you could hear when people left the bars later at night/early in the AM when they walked by the apartment as we were at street level but other than that it was great. They did have earplugs available but I cannot sleep with them in.
