"Our room was extremely clean and was very comfortable! The bed was great and amenities were wonderful! The entire staff at checkin and breakfast were so friendly and helpful! We couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast-probably the best we’ve had in a hotel! It was in a very convenient location too!"

"We tried to check-in 1-1/2 hours early. We were told there were no clean rooms in the whole hotel. We were told about 1/2 hr so we waited. Then, we were told it would be at least another hour. So we were invited to change for our event in the bathroom. We returned at 6 and checked in. Staff was not at all empathic. Room, parking, breakfast were very good. Hall door for 208 did not fit the jam so space and light were excessive. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were remodeling so they are working on upgrades throughout. It was a bummer that the hot tub was closed and pool was ice cold. We stayed 2 non-consecutive nights. The first night, the bathroom switch was not working exactly right but it was alright. The next night we stayed, there was a large stain and tip in the curtain (which the staff made a note of to take care of after we left) and there was dirt all over the window sill from what looked like people coming in and out of the window to the room. Breakfast was a nice mixture of hot and cold choices. And they did pretty well to keep it stocked up throughout the breakfast time. Overall a nice stay! "

"This is a very clean and nice hotel. It feels brand new and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. My only complaint was the noise. It seems like when building this hotel, they really cheaped out on soundproofing. It’s right next to the interstate which was loud inside the room, Also, you could hear every footstep in the room above us, and they apparently had young kids who were running around all until almost midnight. And I mean you could really hear them. On the second night we stayed, I was watching television at a very normal volume level, and the manager must have received a complaint and had to come ask us to turn it down. I could barely hear the tv over the air conditioner, but it was bothering our neighbors. Not their fault, but the walls must have been as bad about noise transmission as the floors. Otherwise, perfectly nice hotel and very clean."

"It was easy to check in and the employee was very nice. The location is a little intimidating at night time but overall the hotel was very nice. The room wasn't the cleanest and it could have been updated. The bathroom door wouldn't close/lock. Overall I was satisfied with the room and staff. The breakfast was cereal, bagels and waffles. I would stay here again if I needed too."

"My employee that was booked to stay at this location couldn’t check in because no one was at the desk. He waited for an hour and a half before giving up and going to another hotel. I need to be reimbursed. "
