"Clean room , friendly staff, easy safe parking. Overall we liked the place and since we travel to the area often we will be back! We have family in the area and have been traveling to Joliet for many years without finding "the One" hotel but this is it!! "

"My girlfriend and I are both local and we’re five minutes from our house. The only reason we rented their room was for my girlfriend‘s birthday. To lay around and be lazy and sit in the hot tub. The hot tub was not working when we got down there. I told the guy sitting at the front desk. He told me there was nothing he could do even though he had been in there previously into a control room to get it started again. I asked for my money back. And I was told that would not happen. When I asked to speak to the general manager the next morning on a Saturday at 8:30 AM. The girl went to get the manager in the back room and returned in a couple minutes to tell me he was in a meeting and couldn’t talk. I was given no option to talk to the management. I had also mentioned that my shower in the morning was lukewarm at best. The girl at the counter replied thats unfortunate. This hotel does not care about their guests and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a pleasant stay. Because you won’t get that here."

"This location needs some TLC lots of updates needed. The surrounding area has lots of homeless people walking around and orchard not feel safe."

"The property manager and staff were friendly and went over the top to provide anything we needed. The rooms were very clean. I would defiantly recommend this place and stay again when visiting in this area."
