Wander into this magnificent property to discover boutique hotel-style accommodation featuring every comfort you might require. Head through to the kitchen to prepare hearty feasts and celebratory meals for your family or friends then call everyone to gather in the dining room. Light the wood burner in the lounge as you watch the Smart TV or choose a film to enjoy in the movie room. Challenge each other to table tennis in the games room or sing your hearts out on the Karaoke machine. There is also a WC and a utility room downstairs. Head up to the first floor to select a book from the library on the landing. Your bedrooms and bathrooms are also up here. All the bedrooms are super-king-size and four can also be made up as twins if discussed at booking. There are three en-suite shower rooms and three en-suite bathrooms, plus the family bathroom, at this level too. Sit out by the pool, steam in the hot tub, have a BBQ or cook homemade pizzas in the pizza oven. Knock a tennis ball about on the court, play pickle ball or relax in the sauna. Explore the exquisite garden and go for woodland walks through the grounds.


Head down to Looe to spend afternoons on the beach or stroll along the South West Coast Path. Plan a group outing to the Eden Project, 19 miles away. Visit the Golitha Falls, 6.5 miles away, on Bodmin Moor, and follow the enchanting river here for a spell. For an educational day out visit Emily Hobhouse's newly restored Victorian home, just 6.5 miles away.

- 7 bedrooms - 4 super-king size zip-and-link (can be made up as a twin on request), 3 super-king size

- Childs z-bed available please state at time of booking if required

- 2 wooden cots and 2 highchairs available

- 8 bathrooms - 3 en-suite shower rooms and WC, 3 en-suite bathrooms with bath and separate shower and WC, 1 downstairs shower room with WC and 1 family bathroom with shower over bath and WC

- 4 electric ovens, induction hob, 2 fridges with water dispensers, separate freezer, 2 combination microwaves, 2 large warming ovens, 10ltr double air fryer, popcorn maker, Tassimo coffee machine and 2 dishwashers

- Smart TV in lounge and movie room

- Movie room with 70” flat screen Smart TV and selection of games

- Wood burner in lounge and underfloor heating downstairs
