This place should be listed as a motel not a hotel. There is no bar and the restaurant does not serve alcohol or allow BYO. The is no breakfast as advertised so that was a waste of 30pound. Staff were hardly around and unhelpful. Do not recommend

This may be an isolated case, but over the past three days I had to visit reception twice to have my key reprogrammed, as it stopped working. Also, on Saturday night, the music played for far too long and made it difficult for me to get to sleep and rest properly before my competition.

"The room, corridors were extremely clean and well looked after. Great service, great security on the door. Very close to Portman Road football stadium if you’re coming for a match or as we were a concert. Literally a five minute walk."
