It was clean and in a great location. Front desk staff not very friendly, but still a nice stay.

Great location in the middle of Times square clean property, a little bright and noisey as a result.

Convenience to near restaurants and shops, room is clean and staff is friendly. Will stay again

The only disappointing factor was that the website did not advertise that the bar on site was closed due to remodeling. It would’ve been nice to know that, especially since we were visiting during a cooler time of year and had to walk in order to find a place to have an evening cocktail. Since that bar was closed, maybe they could’ve comped the price of beers in the hotel room bar, instead of charging eight dollars for a beer out of the fridge. Otherwise, it was a very convenient location to a lot of touristy areas, very close to subway station, and not at all in a dangerous part of the city. The room rates were also very decent. Everything was clean, and staff were able to tend to any of our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. They would not give me a bottle of water at the check-in desk because they said it would be put in room. Restaurant too expensive, but hotel is at the airport and you’re stuck” with no other options. The food, however, was good.
