i spent lots of money for one night, but there was no breakfast included. I was with my wife as a new married couple to make memories on our 1st night, but the room was terribly heated, and the room service was poor. I called twice for a champagne glass.
dinner was amazing with beautiful views.

beds weren’t great, toilet didn’t flush. I texted the number they texted me with offering assistance throughout my stay 3 times with no response. beautiful location, beautiful lobby, but not blown away

Elevator was not working making our stay on the 35th floor less than ideal. Starbucks was inadequate for the number of guests on property. Staff was lovely under the tough circumstances.
