Little Gasparilla Island Holidays

Staff was courteous and good location. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby area (like sewage). Got the job done.

We enjoyed the hotel very much but had a housekeeping issue. We were there five days and on the second day I let the desk know we would not need housekeeping. On the third day I assumed they would clean the room and bring fresh linens. They did not. I called and they said they would send someone up. They did bring fresh towels, no hand towels or wash clothes, cups or glasses. Had to call again. Over all we loved the place and the people we were visiting said they would recommend it to other visitors.

Overall good hotel, only Thing is bathroom toilet seat loose and bathroom door handle was very loose one side was gold And the other side silver.

Insanely noisy—even with having white noise blasting we could hear everything single thing going on outside the hotel & in the room next door to us. When you stay at a hotel you expect some peace & quiet to go along with that stay, but unfortunately this isn’t the place for that. Staff was friendly & hotel itself is nice overall, but we wouldn’t book here again due to the paper thin walls.

Jery at the Front Desk was amazing! We called to let her know our plane had landed in Orlando and we would be checking in a couple of hours later. She was bubbly, kind and extremely attentive! She was able to provide plenty of information for the surrounding area!
