"The home is very well maintained, stocked and COMFORTABLE! Nice and peaceful and close to lots of restaurants and close to the gulf. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. We will definitely come back. Another bonus is the super comfy master bed/bedroom. We enjoyed watching the birds, fish and manatees from the patio!"

"We had two couples stay at the unit and it served our needs well. It was clean. It was nice to have the 3rd bathroom. Greg, the host, said the unit was available for early check-in. Although we didn't need that it was appreciated. We were able to use the pool and that was fine. The only minor complaint was that one of the bathrooms was out of TP and there wasn't a spare square anywhere. We walked the neighborhood every morning and felt completely safe."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in April 2024. The pool, heated with roof solar panels was exceptional and warm and location on the wide canal offered beautiful sunsets. In our experience in renting these CC properties, we find the solar panel heated pools to be the best. We are truly outside people when we visit, however the home was well stocked with essentials, has beautiful new flooring throughout, nice baths, and is very nicely furnished with beiges and blues ( quite soothing)...
