"No glasses in the room, asked for room to be refreshed as per label, wasn't carried out, bar had no draught beer, delivery hasn't arrived, got a straw instead of a teaspoon to stir cappuccino coffee, didn't expect a buffet breakfast in a 4 star hotel."

"Very comfortable stay. Rooms are not massive, but well thought out. Nice big shower, loved the magnifying mirror which is something I normally always miss when staying in hotels. Location superb - close to the docks, bars and restaurants. Nice touch of snacks (crisps/cookies) in the room on arrival. If I had to find something I would change - it's only the very strong perfume in the lobby."
