Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby. Breakfast hard work to obtain a nice coffee such as Cafe Late. After heavy snow hotel didn’t clear any snow from walk ways unlike all other hotels in area. No care for customers. Staff never said hello in mornings or on return in evenings which is basic level customer service. vanity mirror was hanging off its fixing. Lacking in care and waiting staff at breakfast seemed quite disorganised so had to request bread and meat/cheese be replenished. Our double delux room was quite basic and quite small compared to similar lrice level hotels in the area. Disappointed and won’t be returning to this hotel as we found much nice ones in livigno

Perfect hotel for a wonderful stay
Absolutely wonderful stay! The service was fantastic. The hotel is modern, kept very clean and full of attention to detail to ensure guests are comfortable. The breakfast food buffet was tasty, fresh and varied, including gluten free and vegetarian options. I had dinner there during my 5 nights and also loved it. Finally, also loved the spa and balcony views. Location is also perfect. Highly recommend

Everything was great at the hotel, except the fact that 3 or 4 nights of the 6 we stayed in the room was very cold. There were 18-19 degrees Celsius during the night and, although the staff knew about this problem from other guests, they hardly did something to help us.

Actually we didn't stay here. We booked but a few days before the trip, they called to say the heat wasn't working in our room and we were booked at a hotel around the corner. We thank them for handling everything so smoothly!!

Le service réception et le service à table exceptionnel. Cuisine laisse à désirer: on vous apporte la soupe en même temps que l’apéritif et la selle de chevreuil était trop cuite il manquait la figue et la sauce française. Surprenant quand on voit la classe de l’hôtel et du service

Un bel soggiorno
Tutto è andato molto bene. Posizione magnifica, stanza pulita, staff molto disponibile e che vive nella prima colazione. Ho trovato un prima colazione veramente come pochi. Prodotti di prima qualità e anche tutto fresco. Spremuta d’arancia fatta al momento , la possibilità di farti una spremuta di verdure fresche foto del miele.
