Staff was great, the few restaurants were ok at best. The plaza after dark… don’t stop for over a minute unless you want people to aggressively try and sell you drugs. Beautiful city, great hotel, fantastic staff… just don’t go out after dark.

Fantastic place! Very clean, front desk staff great and helpful, and room wonderful- smallish but sufficient. Best aspect of hotel was location-frequent city bus to and from train station came down main road (via Grande) with stop near hotel.

You get what you pay for.

This is a budget-grade hotel, at a budget price. However, it is in an excellent ;location, right on the Via Grande, ideal for shops, and not far from the waterfront. Breakfast was basic, but decent. My room could have done with a deep clean, as I was bitten by unseen insects on three separate occasions. After a couple of days I started checking my bedclothes in the evenings.

The room was not very clean, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable, the room was noisy, and breakfast with very low-quality food (canned fruits and cheap fruit juices) and no options for salty breakfast. The price is too high for the services provided. Nevertheless, the staff is friendly and very handy.

Tappa breve ma rilassante.

Sono arrivata molto tardi causa spostamento partenza nave e quindi per una sola notte non ho potuto apprezzare molto. Pulizia molto buona della stanza e degli spazi comuni anche se si tratta di un piccolo albergo con la reception piccola. Ma ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza del personale e il fatto che ci fosse nella stanza sia l'acqua a disposizione gratuitamente sia una macchinetta del caffè. Ho fatto la colazione a buffet discreta tutto sommato. l'albergo si trova in una zona centrale e bella di Livorno.
