Appartment was very clean when we arrived. Cosy place with air conditioner in bed room. Terrace with privacy and great equipment. The place is very quiet and you need a car to get here. The check in is a bit confusing as you get contacted multiple times via different channels, e.g. Whatsapp. But once you are there it's great. We enjoyed our stay.

Poor communication and management

The accommodation itself is great, the management however is not, and there is no restaurant like advertised. After booking I received a message through hotels.com message portal with an email I needed to email to let them know what time we were arriving at least 48hrs prior, the booking stated checkin was from noon, so I emailed them saying we would arrive around 2PM, I heard nothing and emailed again asking if they could confirm, I got nothing. I got another message through hotels.com two mornings before checking in saying I needed to email them, I messaged back through hotels.com stating I had emailed them twice and again provided my email, the next morning I got message through hotels.com asking for a mobile number so they could send the entry codes, which I immediately provided. That evening I got a WhatsApp asking me to do an online check in and pay tourist tax, which I did and asked for the entry codes, but heard nothing. On the day we were due to arrive we left our previous hotel and messaged we were on the way and needed the entry codes as they still hadn't been provided. We were told check in wasn't until 4PM, even though the booking said noon and we had emailed telling them 2PM so why had nothing be told to is sooner. They then provided the codes and said we could check in early if the room was ready, if not we could leave bags and come back at 4, luckily the room was ready. Overall lovely but not worth the stress due to poor communication.

Stunning, quiet, rural finca

Stunning rural finca. Quiet location but near a small town with plenty of amenities. Very friendly and welcoming but communication wasn’t the easiest. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Finca Sa Rita d’en Palerm. The views from our apartment across the countryside were beautiful. We enjoyed cycling and walking the quiet country lanes. Our apartment was comfortable and well appointed. It was a peaceful spot to relax in.

Rofyllt landskap

Vacker gård med vänligt värdpar. Fin trädgård med pool som svalkade även i oktoberhettan. Idealiska radhuslägenheter för barnfamiljer med självhushåll. men frukost går att få. Man bör ha egen bil för att ta sig till stränder och restauranger. men vandringar i omgivningarna är att rekommendera.

En pärla på landet

En fin lägenhet med två rum och en stor altan. Bra utrustad för egen matlagning. Bra läge för utforskning av ön. Det var lika långt överallt. Inte helt lätt att hitta dit. Fin pool där alla får plats.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal in einem der Appartements und wieder sehr zufrieden: Schöne gepflegte Zimmer, schöne Anlage und nette Gastgeber. Toll ist das Angebot, sich als Selbstversorger morgens frisches Brot liefern zu lassen. Ansonsten ist auch das Frühstück ein Tipp, wenn es auch nicht gerade preisgünstig ist. Für Familien mit Kindern ist bestens gesorgt: in der weitläufigen Gartenanlage lässt sich toll toben und man kann kostenlos Spielsachen und Strandequipment ausleihen. Sogar eine Buch- und DVD-Ausleihe ist vorhanden. Wir kommen gern wieder.
