Staff made the hotel all of them were wonderful. Especially the tattoed lady on reception even helped me set my phone up (iam nearly 70) breakfast was wonderful.

We had a great stay. Lovely hotel, ideal location. spacious bright room. Comfortable bed. Stayed 5 nights and not once were we woken up at night by stupid people coming back to the hotel at night. Close to airport and minutes to the beach. Great pool. Very friendly staff. Amazing selection for breakfast. We will be back. Thank you

Amazing stay! Easily accessible with bus stops near that go to and from the airport, the beach and main front is only a 5 minute walk away. The rooms were tidy and spacious, and cleaners came often to provide new towels. I recommend everyone to take advantage of their outdoor pool! Would definitely stay again, Hotel Amazonas thank you you for providing a lovely place to stay!

Amazing for the price.

Very good location a little tucked away from the busy streets so you can get away from the noise. The room was good. The WiFi did not work in the room. First two floors seem to have WiFi. Great value for the price. Good staff. I paid $165 for 3 nights so can’t complain too much.

Checking was smooth and fast. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is close to the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I would return 150%!!!

The hotel itself looks decent and the staff very helpfull and kind, but the enviroment all around with 95% 24 hours drunk tourists who needs is just alcool where you can't even have a coffee in the morning o a decent place to eat but a beer and you must walk a long way to find one because you only find turkish doner kebap or minimarket in Spain it is really an horrible experience.

Staff were excellent and ready to help, had a fault with my balcony door, went down to talk to reception within 5 minutes someone had come up to fix it for me. Good location less then 5 minute walk to the beach and bus stops. Nice simple room 0 complaints

The room was basic but had everything i needed for a short stay. The pool was lovely, and big with onsite bar aswell. The issues is my room was 1st on road side, and its the main road out to palma. Very noisey, recommend ear plugs, however the hotel was lovely.

Affordable, clean. STREET PARKING ONLY!! and is very difficult to find. The fan in the room was very noisy, the bed wasnt very comfortable. The bathroom door didn't open all the way. Housekeeping every two days.

They had storage for baggage while we waited to check-in, it was great ! The only issue we ran into was the closure right before our check in that made the 24/7(excludes holiday) not as convenient for early check in. The staff called a taxi to be scheduled the night before our check-out upon request it was perfect. But overall super friendly staff and they had a nice pool!

We were a bit concerned about the safety of the are. But it turn out the area was ok. The room itself was clean with comfortable beds, great air conditioner. The location was quiet unlike the $400 hotel we stay at the night before with loud music until 1am.. we wish we would have stay at this hotel the two nights. The bus stop was just at the hill were you can take the bus back to the airport.. FYA the bus is 5 euros cash only. Back to the airport.

The girl at check in, was very polite and informative. The harbour, beach, shops and resterants are all within easy reach, breakfast variety was more than enough. The only downfall i found was some level of noise coming from the other quests rooms, "would be nice if some people had an awarness of how much noise they are creating! Apon reading the reviews of the hotel i was really sceptical about staying, "but for money its a great little hotel and has everything you need, thats if you dont mind walls being quite thin!

We chose the Amazonas Hotel for our last night in Majorca because it was close to the Airport. It is close to the beachfront with many bars and restaurants. During the night is very noisy with people shouting outside and pushing/pulling things above, so it is difficult to have a deep sleep. Also very difficult to find a place to park a car, hopefully, the receptionist recommend a place to park at the end of the road 5-minute walk. I will not stay there another time. Also, they provided a torn towel.

Wouldn’t stay here again

It’s a poor quality for the money paid. The room is very basic, no fridge, no kettle. The tv has mainly German channels, the receptionist seemed to be German too, not very friendly. The other receptionist who probably was Spanish, was nicer. They replace towels every two days and mine was dirty from the beginning so I ended up with this dirty towel for two days. The air conditioning worked great so that’s a positive about this hotel, also the location is very convenient for bus connections as well as many shops and food places.
