"Tom Sullivan was on reception as we checked in, he was very polite, friendly & always ready to help. He made our stay extremely special. Only wish that the swimming pool would be open as it was under maintenance. Hotel is located very central close to many places. Our room was very spacious. Cleaning was average.View was amazing from the room.Anyone visiting here I would recommend this hotel is the best. "

"We’ve been coming here for years, and if I’m honest, the place had lost its magic for a while. But this visit completely restored it. We stayed for my partner’s 45th birthday and everything from start to finish was exceptional. The staff absolutely made the stay. Night concierge, front desk, room service… every single person went above and beyond. It reminded me that it’s the people who make a hotel special, and they were outstanding throughout. We left feeling genuinely looked after and excited to return. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back."

"My stay was great! The room was clean, staff were lovely. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice and the omelette station seemed every popular. Staying in a junior suite have us access to the executive lounge that had complimentary snacks and drinks, it closes at 10 which was a little disappointing because I spent the majority of my day and evening out exploring, so I didn't really get to use it. Everything in the lounge is self serviced so I'm unsure why it wouldn't be accessible any time. I would definitely stay here again and already look forward to it! "
