Plum Point Lodge

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Plum Point Lodge. The location was great with many wineries just a short drive away. The area is easy to navigate and I think this spot was the perfect jumping off point for what we wanted to do while we were there. I especially enjoyed sitting on the dock in the morning and in the evening or by the fire pit. We had dinner at Sapalta on Thursday evening, the food was delicious and caught the last live music of the season on the deck. Two details that kept the stay from being close to perfect...the room was very damp. So much so that a hand towel used at night wasn't even close to being dry in the morning. I'm not sure if it was a change in the weather, or because we were in the end room, but it was weird. The room also could have benefited from at least one large area rug. The floors were very nice, but a rug would have made it a bit cozier. We would definitely stay again if in the area, the vibe was really relaxed and sort of a throwback."

"The property was spacious and spotless. Very comfortable. Very well located.Wish firewood had been provided and that the outside areas had been a little more lively after sundown. But it was a really good place to stay to explore all the wineries on Seneca, and the communication with the host was great."

"This was a wonderful place to stay for the Romulus - Wine Country - dog shows. The hosts included thoughtful accommodations for our dogs including a dog bed, poop bags, treats, a water bowl and leash. It’s very nicely laid out to make a comfortable homey feeling. We really enjoyed the little outdoor porch and fire pit. And the coffee bar. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the furniture was. I would love to stay here again."

"We loved this property. Close to wineries, very clean and very modern.Plenty of space to walk dogs, fire pit was relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, better than my one at home. Host answered questions quickly .We hopefully will be visiting again next year."

"Excellent location with stellar lake views! Clean and comfy. The only negative was the water. Would have been nice to know before arrival that it’s well water with a strong mineral smell and taste. We ended up going to nearby Dollar General to get bottled water for drinking and brushing teeth. Also surprised by lack of some basics like shampoo, shower gel, and kitchen towels (although roll of paper towels was provided). And finally, we loved the new deck on back of house but a screen door on the door to it would have been nice to get more fresh air into the house."
