"Reason 4 stars and not 5 in cleaning is because You are a Pet Friendly Hoyel. Immediately after I enter I Saw dog urine Right in the front I know is impossible for staff to see immediately every time a dog or cat void or defecate. This are logical consequences of being pet friendly hotel. Is Not staff fault is Administration policies. Imagine what dogs and cats do in rooms rug /floor. Its OK to be pet friendly I just need ti Book in Non Pet Friendly Hotels."
