Allyway to the back section we stayed in and it freaked of marijuana and cigarettes butts all over back parking area where we were. "It was how you would consider a historic hotel to be. It was charming, but old. The plumbing didn't drain that well and there was some road noise from traffic on the street, but it was clean, super cute and walkable to everything in the downtown area. There was no hotel parking, but they give you a pass for street parking and we never had an issue finding parking close by. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the Arcata area."
