A lot of hidden fees, I got charged an extra of $70 dollars during check out. No room service, and cleaning every other day if you call and ask. Because if you don’t call it’s only once a week. Staff was a hit or miss, some were very rude and dismissive and others, on our last day, were helpful and nice.

The only issue we had was the quality of the mattress on the sofa bed. There were springs sticking out and it couldn’t be used. We were able to get a cot that was comfortable but we booked a suite especially for the 3rd person.
