Stay good until fire alarm went off 3 times in the night, went down three times. Set off by customer-we learnt later. The staff were disorganised, did not give clear or audible instructions, customers wandering around not knowing what was happening or what to do. Access stairs to first floor not accessible without going up 5 floors and down again which we had to do 3 times. Staff were not proactive in letting customers know what to do or what was happening. Complaint made in morning and given a free breakfast. Learning needs to happen from this as if it was a real fire lives would be at risk.
