Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable and with all you need for your stay. Very nice touch the Rituals products in the bathroom. Walking distance from Hammersmith tube station. The main negative during this last stay has been the price: 470gpb for a night is definitely a too high price especially when same room was booked for 165gbp for the third night. And I was anyhow accommodated in a different type of room than the one booked.

My stay at the Novotel was very nice . The room was a little cold but after a while it warmed up slightly. The staff were approachable and informative. I had a drink in the bar . The house red wine was not good at all . Frederica kindly changed the wine. And opened a fresh bottle . The breakfast was of good quality with a large variety and choice . I worked in a five star hotel for 25 years . And I would rate and give your staff 5 starts . Thank you . Yolande McCourt

Arrived early and was able to check in without any issues with early access to the room. Size and cleanliness of the room excellent. All provisions throughout the hotel accessible and staff on hand to help.

Middle of the road hotel, with outstanding issues.
The hotel room was smaller than I expected, but clean. Can't complain about the room itself really. Replenishment of basics like tea & coffee weren't great. Had to hunt out my own. But here's the Biggie - I booked a changeable room and changed my booking, but now I find I've been charged TWICE. I've tried calling reception, but it's virtually impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone, so looks like I'll have to reverse the charge and make the hotel chase me. NOT a professional outfit!!!!

Good hotel, nice atmosphere
It’s always good staying there but although the hotel acknowledge the special requests, they are not actually implemented ie make up the sofa bed….its a bi irri)rating going all the way to the room finding it not the correct type and going all the way down to reception. I have mobility issues due to a back injury but do not require an accessible room but they are never near the lifts…the corridors are pretty long.

Lovely hotel and a good base for visiting London
Really enjoyed staying here again for a few days whilst visiting London. Had no real complaints. Hotel was comfortable and welcoming and a good base for visiting London. We enjoyed our food and drink in the bar. Breakfast was also very good with a wide choice. Will visit again.

I liked the range of breakfast goods. I liked that we got a quiet room. I didnt like how cold the room was and that the heating didnt work properly. I did t like that the toilet flush was broken.

I was unhappy about one thing...when my party was ready to go to the airport, I asked the desk clerk to call us a cab. She did, but I'm not sure if it was a real cab, or her cousin doing some moonlighting. The word "Taxi" was nowhere on the car and the driver did not take credit cards. He insisted I go back into the hotel and get cash out of the ATM which I did. I would have called a real taxi, but we had a tight schedule and wanted to get to the airport soon.
