Location is excellent, flat is in the same condition as the photos, and very clean. We ran into a small electrical/fuse box issue and the owner was super quick to respond and get it sorted out. Highly recommend for an enjoyable, easy stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat is spacious, clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the elevator and washer and dryer. The location is great and is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. The host is very responsive.
The apartment was great. Rob the host wa s very responsive to the few issues we had tv,oven . There is also a very extensive remodeling going on for several months , but was very quiet and comfortable at night . The check in was a little complicated but lovely apt .
A large well kept property in a great part of town. Proximate to pubs and restaurants and a short walk to Earl’s Court tube station. The apartment is amazingly quiet. A great place to come home to after the hustle and bustle of London.
The property is fabulous! Everything in the flat was on-par with the description. The location is conveniently located to tube, bus and many shops/restaurants. Just a short walk to South Kensington and a nice -long-leisurely walk to Battersea Park and Mall. Rob was a gracious host and communication was superb!
The flat is beautiful; location is perfect for any adventure. The host provides a welcoming environment and very very responsive.
More than perfect! I will do it again if given the opportunity.
This is a very well maintained property with a layout that was perfect for two couples traveling together. Short walk to Earl’s court station (District and Piccadilly lines) was very convenient for hitting all the key sites without having to stay right in the super touristy areas. We enjoyed neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores. The host is generous with basic apartment supplies which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.
This flat worked well for us as a base to getting around London and other areas. The metro and buses are very near by as well as a grocery store. We stayed for a month. The home owner was very responsive to our needs and had good recommendations for restaurants and noted shopping, etc. The beds, the bedding and towels were fresh. Use of a washing machine and dryer was a plus!
We had a fabulous stay at Robert's flat in the Earl's Court area. The location was perfect - just a 5 minute walk to restaurants and grocery shopping. The underground station is a 7 minute walk away and is in zone 1.
Plenty of space for our family of 4. All the comforts of home - including a washer and dryer which were a game changer of our two week trip.
Robert was a great communicator and was helpful throughout our stay.
We'd stay again in a heartbeat!
Comfortable flat in convenient and family friendly neighborhood
We stayed for over two weeks, and our daughter and son in law were with us for four days. The flat was perfectly comfortable, very quiet, and felt very homey for us. We loved the Earls Court location and the neighborhood, much more residential than where we had stayed before. The transport to anywhere is exceptionally easy, and there were many friendly pubs and restaurants in the neighborhood. Rob was a very helpful and responsive host.
Our stay was terrific. The location was ideal - a straight shot from Heathrow to Earl’s Court tube stop, less than a mile walk through nice neighborhoods to V&A, Natural History and other close by locations, and great nearby restaurants and pubs. In a flat that had many great amenities, the stand out ones for us include: it was clean and bright; has two full baths with large walk in shower in one and tub in the other; has a washer and separate dryer; a full size refrigerator and a gas stove. Loved it!! Thank you, Rob!!
On our recent visit to London to visit family, my husband and our adult children stayed in this flat. The flat's location was perfect for accessing the tube as the Earls Court station is a short walk away. It is also near several good restaurants and there were a couple of small grocery stores nearby to pick up food. The neighborhood and building were quiet. There were a few minor things missing in the apartment that I feel would make an American visitor a bit more comfortable, which I would be happy to share with the owners if they are interested in hearing. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
We spent a week in this apartment and were delighted with the experience. It is ideally located near Earl’s Court tube station-just half an hour into central London. There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby. I was particularly impressed as the apartment was very quiet even though it was on the old Brompton Road. The kitchen is nice with most of the utensils needed to cook at home. We appreciated being able to use the washing machine. The decor is very pleasant and the apartment was clean and tidy. We had a lovely stay and would come back.
This is a wonderful place to stay in London. The flat is spacious, well kept and well appointed. Very comfortable. Both bathrooms are very nice, the kitchen/great room is spacious and pleasant and the bedrooms are good-sized. The location is really fantastic, with many food and sundry shops and restaurants within steps of the building. The Earl's Court tube station is a short, 5-minute walk away, giving you access to the Piccadilly tube line and much of London, all the way from Heathrow to Kings Cross Train Station and beyond. Rob, the owner/manager, was super nice and great to interact with. HIGHLY recommended!
This flat is so perfectly appointed. I can’t think of anything negative at all. The neighborhood is great, and the building is quiet.
Rob is an incredible host. He responded to my questions quickly, and made sure our visit went well. He keeps everything in perfect order, and there are great amenities in the flat…plenty of towels, extra paper towels, tissue paper, etc.
The elevator is a big help since the flat is on the 3rd floor. I would love to come back and stay here again.
The flat is very nicely appointed. The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is great, the living room couch not so comfortable, but there is plenty of dining space. The flat is very close to some really great restaurants within very easy walking distance, every kind of cuisine you could want is within walking distance. There are a few structural problems with the flat. The doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms don’t fully close or lock, if you are a person concerned about privacy. There is a Lyft, but there is half a flight of stairs to get to the lift. Getting the keys to the property is clumsy, to say the least. Once we had access instructions, it was rather more difficult to carry them out than we had expected. but generally, we had a very good and comfortable stay.
We were traveling with our college aged children, looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location. We found it! This listing is PERFECT! From the first contact, Robert was responsive, making sure everything would go smoothly from check-in to check-out. After a loooooong overnight train ride from Scotland, he allowed us a bit earlier of a check-in as we were exhausted.
The building, 3rd floor apartment, has an elevator! Hallelujah! The apartment itself is bright, clean and welcoming. Two bathrooms with showers was great, as we could get ready and leave the flat in record time (teenage daughter 😜) The beds were comfortable, and the living room was delightful after a long day to relax, have a cocktail and watch the tv.
Another huge plus, was having 2 sets of keys. Some days the boys would be done, and us girls wanted to shop. They could head home, and leave again if they wanted, knowing we had our own keys to get in.
The neighborhood felt very safe, with so many walkable options for meals, coffee, groceries. There was an underground stop less than a 10 minute walk away, we could get anywhere in London from there! Also, a comprehensive book in the flat with many tips and ideas for guests.
If we are ever lucky enough to visit London again, I would absolutely stay here. Better price and much more to offer than a hotel room! I ♥️ London!
We planned our month in London to really settle in and enjoy London and its many villages close for day trips. We chose to stay at this property for its 2 bedroom/2 bath -- we were expecting family members to join us at different times. And for the location. The location was superb -- a 5 minute walk to Picadilly/District Lines at Earl's Court! The best lines for tourists and connections to Heathrow, overground rail stations, sights! And the immediate area boasted terrific restaurants, dry cleaners, coffee shops, pubs, groceries and sundries. We would return and stay here again if the opportunity arises.
The Flat was perfect! Modern, updated, comfortable. Every amenity provided and then some! Rob met us over lunch to insure we were comfortable and that we had found the keys etc. The flat is clearly well maintained -- cleaning ladies arrived every Friday - what a treat! There were a few questions and Rob responded immediately. We couldn't be more pleased with our flat. Rob asked us what he could do to improve the accommodations -- we were stymied for a response! Beds were most comfortable....linens were more than ample and lovely too!
Thanks for a great stay -- It was a beautiful kitchen! I didn't cook at all so I cannot address the stove ...it was a gas stove, new model and worked well for the little we needed. Microwave and hot pot were in use a lot! Take out/restaurants! Lots of comings and goings. All was extraordinary!
The flat was absolutely lovely. Just as described. Huge lounge and dining area. Great kitchen. Wonderful having two full bathrooms. Great neighborhood. Accessible to all of London. Having a washer and a separate dryer was a plus. I would definitely stay here again!
This place felt like home: nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The location was perfect and we could easily access every part of the city by bus or tube. We will definitely come back!
