Brand new, air conditioned, 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom (2 en-suite) apartment with fast fibre optic Wi-Fi spread over two floors, located in the heart of Marylebone and just seconds from Oxford Street.

Entire apartment, not shared with anyone else.

This duplex air conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. It is split over the 3rd and 4th floor (UK system) - please note there is no elevator in the building.

The master bedroom has a large king size bed, which can also be split into two single beds upon request. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet within a private cubicle.

The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. One has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet.

2 people can sleep in each bedroom and there is a sofa bed in the living room, which can sleep an additional 1-2 people. Please confirm how you would like all the beds set up prior to arrival.

The third bathroom has a small bath, double sinks and toilet within a private cubicle.

There is an additional guest toilet.

New flat screen smart TVs in the living room and the two main bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped and open plan on the side of the living room.

Cleaning is not provided during the stay, but can be organised at an extra cost. 1 set of towels and linen per person is provided free of charge.
