"The standard room we had was very clean, but the whole room was very, very tired and needs all the fitted furniture replaced. The mini fridge wasn’t working. The staff were very helpful and polite. But for what the room cost us it was ok for one night."

At dinner, our food arrived before our drinks, which felt a bit disorganised and took away from the meal. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, which was a bit disappointing and something we would have expected at this level. Overall, a good stay, but a few improvements would make it even better."

"Clean decent sized room, the two twin beds are a bit small but it was ok for us. Breakfast is very good with many options. Hells Kitchen restaurant is fantastic for a special evening or a celebration. The menu is concise but the oysters, wagyu meatballs and roasted cod were great. "
