- If guests are found to have had a party without the host's permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- You’re welcome to invite friends for short visits as long as they're communicated to us in advance. Please note that if anyone is sleeping in the property without being registered previously or notified to us, YOU AND YOUR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND A FINE OF $500 would be applicable.

KITCHEN - Please enjoy the kitchen and all the appliances in it. Guests are expected to tidy up and clean after themselves, including wiping the surfaces with disinfectant and placing dirty items in the dishwasher. Tidy and clean seating area after use. - Use the washing machine whenever you like but please do not after 10 pm.
BATHROOM - Please be extremely considerate about how you leave the bathrooms. All guests have the right to a clean and decent environment. Clean after yourself.
BEDROOM - Noise to be kept to a minimum - no loud music/television after 10 pm. - Please don’t keep any dirty plates or cups in the bedroom: they attract bugs. Please take them down immediately after use. - Please dispose of all your rubbish - additional bin bags under the sink.
CAMERAS - Please be advised that we have cameras in the common areas for safety and security purposes. All clips are stored for 24 hours and automatically deleted thereafter. Reach out to us before booking if you have any questions/clarification on this matter.
KEYS The lockbox is the only safe place to leave your key. If after checkout the keys are not in the lockbox or the lockbox is not closed correctly, you will be charged £100 because we would have to change the entire lock for the safety of the other neighbors.
UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECKOUT Our cleaners have a strict schedule to follow so any unauthorized checkout that delays their schedule will result in a £50 fee.
