Il soggiorno all'Arnos Apartments è stata un'esperienza bellissima. Appartamento nuovo,pulito,attrezzatissimo,vicino alla metro e a negozietti ben forniti e receptionist gentilissimo. Ci tornerò senz'altro !!!

Horrible Stay & Experience.......

The apartment was ok as far as size and functionality considering it's location (London), however the service was horrible. When we checked in Peter wanted to rip me off 30pounds for been late after I communicated with the office and they said no charge .In addition my son's wallet was stolen from the apartment and everyone seems to feel that's ok. I will definitely not be staying here again or any location managed by this group. The only reason I rated this a 1 is because of the size and it was clean. Experience was very very bad with everything else.

Très bien situé, proche de la ligne de métro Picadilly en direct pour heatrow (en revanche 1h30 de métro ) Appartement très agréable et confortable. Je recommande.

Not recommended for more than a couple of night's stay. We booked for 5 nights for 4 persons and when we checked in, there were only 2 sets of towels 1 small bottle each of basic toiletries. No service throughout the stay so after a few nights, we started to feel uncomfortable due to lack of amenities. Otherwise, the facilities were sufficient although I wouldn't consider the apartment 4 star.

Hardly serviced!

It's a small apartment block. It's supposed to be serviced regularly but this didn't happen. When I arrived there were hairs in the sink and the apartment was not dusted properly. I stayed for 9 nights and no one came in to clean the property at all for 5 of those days. This was despite me calling them about this twice! It's a real shame they aren't servicing the apartments more and that they don't respond to their clients calls because it could be a great place but next time I will book a hotel or another apartment.
