"The hotel was equipped with a powerful A/C that provided a welcome respite to the July heat. I stayed at the hotel with my sister as we were celebrating her birthday in London and the hotel kindly gave her a small gift, souvenir tea to commemorate the occasion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the hotel staff were kind and very helpful. The room was clean and whilst small was just enough space for us. The hotel buffet breakfast was sumptuous and offered numerous options. It was situated in close proximity to the subway station and located in save and quiet neighbourhood. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London for the first time."

"I love staying here when I have a flight the following day. It's very high end and comfortable and quiet and super-convenient for Terminal 5 departures. .The toiletries are Balmain. The only thing I'd comment on is the fact that there are no electric outlets by the bed, so you can't have your phone charging near your bed. Otherwise, this is perfect for a quick overnight stay."

"The staff were excellent - friendly and willing to help with anything. The spa facilities were probably the best at any hotel we have stayed in - lovely pool and very warm steam room, dry sauna and jacuzzi. Close to Heathrow and great value for money. The only slight negative was the breakfast (food not hot) but only because everything else was excellent."
