    THE APARTMENT
    A spacious and beautifully designed two-bedroom apartment in a period building on Collingham Place SW5 — in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. On the first floor, accessed via one flight of stairs from the shared building entrance. No step-free access.

    The elevated first floor position keeps the apartment pleasantly removed from street-level noise, delivers impressive 4-metre high ceilings that give every room a volume and light that cannot be matched, and makes the private terrace elevated above street level more private, more pleasant, and a genuinely rare feature for a Central London apartment.

Chelsea`s King`s Road is to the south.
