We sourced Hypnos's incredible and bespoke mattresses to ensure this. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review.I am both sorry and disappointed that your review was marred so badly by the fire alarm in the hotel. This was a regrettable situation. The alarm is in place as a life saving device and unfortunately was triggered in a separate part of the estate (although I am happy to say no actual fire was present).We are still investigating the noise of a barking dog you reference, for which I can only apologise. We did not have a dog within the vicinity of your room and with the sound proofing provided in our rooms we are investigating thoroughly.Overall we are sorry that your opinion of the hotel went from great on your guest survey to terrible following these factors. We always endeavour for our guests to have a restful nights sleep and on this occasion this was not delivered. My deepest apologies and I hope you will look to reach out in the future so we can look to provide you the quiet and relaxing stay you should have experienced on this occasion.

Thank you for taking your time to provide us with your review.Unfortunately as a town centre hotel we do not have parking which is disappointing to us and I know some of our guests. We do however have good parking facilities close to the property which are provided at a good rate and fully secure.It is slightly disheartening to be marked down for a facility that we do not offer but is stated that we do not offer. I do however hope that enjoyed your overall stay with us at Brama.
