Had a wonderful stay, had only booked for 1 night but because we enjoyed our stay so much we booked for another night. You get an option to either use a key code using your phone or you can opt for a physical key card which is greatm there is alsongreat security on the property as to access both the building and to the lifts/rooms you need to use the card. Theres also a restaurant atteched to the hotel . The room we had was very beautiful, a jice green colour in the room which i was suprised by as it really worked well. The bathrook was nice and clean what i like was the toilet brush which you usually dont see. Loved how you can connect your phone orn the tv aswell as an option to pay to watch the latest films. The staff are helpful, you can contact them via the app or can call them and they respond very quickly. It is on the pricey side but tbh its worth the money and very close to shops and restaurants in bromley. I would definitely recommend this hotel and i will be back very soon.

A gem
Brama is a little gem. Bromley is a useful location for access to London and the Kent countryside and while the town centre is a bit tired, the hotel is bright, well decorated, secure and comfortable. I am not a big fan of app based keys which leads to a sense no one is there, but otherwise it was a great stay

Very chic, comfortable, warm and welcoming hotel. Staff are superb. Welcome smoothies (which when you were feeling under the weather were perfect) and very helpful with lots of advice re-travel, eating out etc. Only possible improvement would have been a kettle in the room. We did follow the advice about using the coffee machine to get hot water and it worked. But we prefer big hearty mugfuls! But don't let this put you off. If we had asked they'd have probably brought one up! Great place. And very, very reasonably priced for London too!

This is a lovely hotel: I've now stayed here twice. The room (same one both times) was very comfortable indeed with all the fixtures and fittings thoughtfully arranged and of good quality. The staff I met were all polite, professional and helpful. Just one small problem: breakfast (excellent) is provided by an adjacent restaurant, part of the same complex but not actually part of the hotel. The restaurant is closed on Mondays so you will need to look elsewhere on Monday morning if you want a full cooked breakfast. (I went just round the corner to the Terrace Cafe: it was fine.)

What a good hotel!
This place was a great surprise! With just 23 rooms it felt a little like a private club. Although staff are not in evidence, they are at the end of a phone if you need them. Everything in the room was of high quality, well-designed, extremely comfortable. The room had a sort of art deco vibe which I liked. Breakfast (extra) was also excellent. I'm looking forward to staying here again in two weeks' time.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review.I am both sorry and disappointed that your review was marred so badly by the fire alarm in the hotel. This was a regrettable situation. The alarm is in place as a life saving device and unfortunately was triggered in a separate part of the estate (although I am happy to say no actual fire was present).We are still investigating the noise of a barking dog you reference, for which I can only apologise. We did not have a dog within the vicinity of your room and with the sound proofing provided in our rooms we are investigating thoroughly.Overall we are sorry that your opinion of the hotel went from great on your guest survey to terrible following these factors. We always endeavour for our guests to have a restful nights sleep and on this occasion this was not delivered. My deepest apologies and I hope you will look to reach out in the future so we can look to provide you the quiet and relaxing stay you should have experienced on this occasion.

Loved this Hotel
We have been staying at Brama off and on now for several weeks – it is an absolute delight a genuine boutique hotel. It opened in May 2023 and occupies a completely rebuilt section of Bromley’s heritage Town Hall it is a clever mix of the very modern and the charm of the past. The people who work here are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and everything just happens as it should without any fuss. Guest rooms (we’ve stayed in a few of them) were spotlessly clean and have an Art Deco theme with the coziest bedding and best showers that we have found anywhere. Brama is hidden away in quiet street but only a few minutes’ walk to dozens of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Buses to all over the south of London are available a hundred meters from the hotel door. Fast trains (18 mins) to London run from Bromley South station just a ten minute stroll away along a pedestrian mall. The Glades – a large modern shopping centre is a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The room rates are slightly more than the chain hotels but a fraction of what you would pay for this quality in central London. We have loved staying here and will be back next year. Everything about this hotel is exceptional, with every detail considered. We were warmly welcomed and treated like special guests throughout our stay. The rooms are not only beautifully designed, but comfortable. As soon as you turn on the shower, it's hot within seconds. There are luxurious bathrobes, a great hairdryer, and clothes steamer. The restaurant next door, Dorothy & Marshall, is equally wonderful. (For breakfast, try the Scottish salmon and eggs benedict.)

A delightful hotel with impeccable service. You are immediately greeted at the door by a lovely gentleman named Alistair who made us feel so welcome and took our bags to the room waiting for our arrival later in the day. He was really polite and delightful. The rooms are beautifully designed and the amenities are great also. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and we even had a hand written note welcoming us which was such a nice touch. The hotel is a 10 min walk from Bromley station, so really easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay, we will certainly be visiting again and definitely recommend it to others.
