3. Guest Access:
✨ Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire flat during their stay — no shared spaces with anyone else.
⏰ Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am, as our team needs 4–5 hours to thoroughly clean and prepare this large flat for the next guests. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier (between 10am–3pm), just let me know — I can usually coordinate with the cleaners so they can kindly keep an eye on your bags while working.
If you need to store luggage before 10am while the previous guests are still in the flat, no worries, you can use the website STASHER with lots of secure storage spots within 5–10 minutes’ walk in the N1 area, usually just a couple of pounds per hour.
🚗 Parking
If you’re arriving by car, you can easily rent a space nearby using the JUSTPARK website/app. There are plenty of options in the N1 postcode, again for just a few pounds per hour.
🔑 Self Check-in
The flat offers simple 24/7 self check-in via lockbox, just 1 minute’s walk from the property. You’ll receive 4 full sets of keys — please do keep them safe, as if you lose them, last-minute replacements are costly and tricky to arrange.
📖 Full step-by-step check-in instructions (with pictures & codes) will be shared once your booking is confirmed, so you’ll have everything you need for a smooth arrival.
4. Other things to note:
🌙 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 9:00am. Please be kind and considerate of our lovely neighbours, and treat this flat as you would your own home. We ask you to keep noise low at night, and of course no smoking, binge drinking, or loud parties.
🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat and on the balcony. The building management enforces this very seriously, and any violation could result in fines of over £3,000. Thank you so much for helping us keep the space fresh and smoke-free.
🕚 Check-in Time
The latest check-in time is normally 11:00pm, as arriving later could disturb neighbours. If you expect to arrive later, please let me know in advance — I’ll share tips to make your late check-in as smooth and quiet as possible.
👪 Guest Numbers & Bed Setup
Please always enter the correct number of guests when booking, as this decides how many beds, duvets, pillows and towels will be prepared. By default, our management company prepares the following bed setups (extra beds beyond this may incur an additional charge):
- Up to 10 guests → 5 beds: 4 European king beds (160×200) + 1 European double bed (140×200)
- 11 guests → 6 beds: 5 default beds + single sofa bed (75×200) in the Green Room (3 guests in Green Room)
- 12 guests → 6 beds: 5 default beds + folding double bed (120×200) in the Red Room (4 guests in Red Room)
-13 guests → 7 beds: 5 default beds + single sofa bed (Green Room) + folding double bed (Red Room)
If your group prefers a different arrangement (e.g. some guests prefer not to share beds), please let me know after booking — I’ll check with my management company, though extra beds will involve a small additional fee.
5. Neighbourhood
✨ The name isn’t the only angelic thing about this area! Angel has been voted many times as one of the very best places to live in Central London. Tucked into Zone 1 Islington, it blends a posh yet charming residential feel — with multi-million-pound townhouses, leafy streets, and canals — alongside brilliant restaurants, lively bars, and a classic English cultural atmosphere.
🎭 Angel manages to be close to all the action while keeping its own creative identity. City professionals, artists, and students all call it home, and the neighbourhood often appears in films and books (from Hugh Grant’s About a Boy to BBC’s Killing Eve). Visitors love exploring Angel to experience a more authentic side of London.
🍴 Food lovers will be spoiled: Upper Street (nicknamed “Supper Street” by the Evening Standard) is lined with restaurants of every cuisine you can imagine — English, French, Indian, Chinese, Middle Eastern, Thai, South American, and more. For shopping, the Angel Centre has all the high-street names, while Camden Passage offers quirky antiques and vintage treasures.
