This apartment was terrible. Didn’t look anything like the pictures. A lot of things in the apartment were damaged, it had an awful smell. We found objects from previous stays. Overall I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway

A éviter à tout prix.

Bonjour, Après avoir réservé nous avons reçu un courriel pour nous indiquer que les clefs devait être prises à un endroit différent de la location puis des frais (20£)d’arrivée tardive devait être payé alors qu’ils annoncent une réception 24/7? Puis arrivé à l’appartement la surprise fut l’état lamentable d’usure de l’ensemble de la location. Matelas usé et sale sans alaise de protection juste un drap ( photos), le canapé du salon vieux et usé au possible sans parle du deuxième canapé en tissu taché de partout. Limite bon pour la déchèterie. La cuisine dont le frigo intégré ne fonctionnait plus et remplacé par un mini frigo au milieux du salon branché à une multiprise empêchant par le fait l’ouverture de la porte fenêtre du salon. Les ustensiles de cuisine au minimum des besoins. Un des tabourets du bar avait le pied brisé empêchant toute utilisation. La salle de bain dont la baignoire dont l’émail été impacté sans parlé du pommeau de douche inutilisable car son support été cassé. Voilà ce que l’on appelle à Londres un 4 étoiles. A 1100 euros les 5 nuits. Désolé mais pour moi c’est limite honteux. On sens bien l’appât du gain et l’absence totale d’entretien de cet appartement. Je déconseille fortement.

최악의 숙소

최악의 숙소입니다. 아파트를 처음 예약해 보았는데요 체크인 카운터와 숙소가 우버로 19파운드나 나오는 정도의 거리에 있고 모두 자비부담입니다. 큰 캐리어가5개 있는데 엘리베이터 없는 4층을 배정하여 변경요청 했더니 다행히 그라운드층으로 받을 수 있었습니다. 하지만 객실로 들어가니 침실 두개 모두 클리닝이 전혀 안되어있고 그저 침구만 접어둔 것 같아보였습니다. 이불에 신발 자국이 선명히 찍혀있고 다를 불순물들로 불결하기가 이루 말할 수 없었습니다. 게다가 저녁을 먹기위해 씽크대 앞쪽에서 준비중이었는데 선반이 갑자기 내부에서 무너지며 아랫칸에 있던 컵들이 와르르 떨어지고바닥으로 깨지는 일이 있었고 이런 상황을 리셉션에 전화했지만 객실로 와서 캐어해 줄 수 있는 직원은 없다고 하여 저희가 결국 다 치웠고, 다음 날 남은 2박은 캔슬을 요구했지만, 규정상 어렵다며 같은 아파트 앞집으로 다시 변경을 해주긴 했습니다. 하지만 그 집도 역시 욕실 배수구가 막혀 물이 역류하여 윗층에서는 아랫층으로 물이 떨어지고 아랫층 샤워부스는 성인이 서서 사용하지 못할정도로 작고 배수구도 역시 거의 막혀있는 상태였습니다. 이로인해 런던에서의 투어일정도 영향을 받아 여러가지로 힘들었습니다. 저희가 배정 받은 아파트가 유독 그랬었는지는 모르겠지만 이러한 상황에 대한 숙소 에이전트의 응대가 서비스를 받을 수 있는 것과는 거리가 먼 곳이니 고려해보시기 바랍니다.

Four ne fonctionne pas, pas assez de couverts pour 5 personnes, fauteuils/divan défoncés au niveau de l’assise/ évier d’une salle de bain bouché, la barre de douche tient avec un lien en plastique. Pas de poêle pour cuisiner....

Property was disgusting....

Apartment was not as announced in the pics,was different and also the location. The unit was very dirty,we can see there was not housekeeping made. Pillows were old and without covers, were not enough pillows for the family (6) only 4, sheets were used and not cleaned at the place.kitchen was disgusting,no batteries in the tv remote and melted chocolate on it , bathtub was old and has dents, shower head not holding in place, the couches were disgusting marketed with a lot of stain.....after i placed a call to have more blankets and sheets,a person appeared after 2 h of check in with sheets and pillows. We were tired and very disappointed 😡about the stay.they never offered to clean the apartment..

Fine, but could have been better.

The wifi was down when I arrived, the washer/dryer combo didn't have instructions and it ended up taking 23 hours to get my clothes out of the locked machine, and while the heater was said to be "off" in all rooms, heat poured out of the washer room (maybe from the water heater? or some other appliance?) heating up the entire place and making it difficult to sleep at night. The stay could have been better.

아주 좋음

갤러리 아파트에 묵었는데 결론은 아주 환상입니다. 런던 브릿지 역에서 걸어서 10분, 평지라 캐리어 끌고 가기도 좋고요. 사무실에서 살짝 멀어서 짐을 들고 이동하기 좀 불편했지만 체크아웃할 때 사무실에 다시 안가도 돼서 편리했고 정말 집 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 3인이 생활하는데 전혀 불편함 없었고 고급 아파트 같아서 치안이 굉장히 잘 되어있고 동네도 안전했습니다. 타워브릿지까지 걸어갈 수 있어서 매일 야경 보러 갔네요. 최고의 숙소에요. 갤러리 아파트 플랫2 에요.

l'appartamento assegnato non era quella della foto nel luogo indicato, ma risultava altra zona servito solamente da un bus, comunque risultava di ampie dimensioni, in zona residenziale tranquilla , letti alla francese discreti, arredi non male, la cucina era fornita di buon elettrodomestici, vi era solo la lavatrice e non l'asciugatrice come indicato nella prenotazione, l'intero appartamento risultava con una pulizia quasi accettabile.

The price of the place is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However it is rental apartment, so there is not much services compared to the hotel. The location of the apartment I got is not the same as the one posted online. From the check-in real estate office, there is quite some walk to this location. And this location is no very close to underground stations. Only some bus stops nearby. There is no room service at this apartment, but if you have any requests you can call the service number for help. Overall it is fair place to stay.

Terrible condition. All windows labelled broken. Kettle broken. No cold water in one shower and can’t be used. Sofa is too dirty to sit on. Call for help but no one come. Suffered for seven days and found another hotel to move out two days earlier than the originally fully paid ten days booking and loosing 400 pounds

Apartment near Tower Bridge

We enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of problems with the internet and the washing machine that were addressed immediately and quickly resolved. The apartment felt safe and secure. We enjoyed restaurants that were an easy walk from the apartment. The Thames was a block away.

Good Central location, check in at one point but had to walk to actual apt from there. Didn’t know exact location until check in. Our apt was nothing like the pictures on Expedia. There was NO TOILET PAPER, no instructions for kitchen appliances/washing machine, no dish cloth, no dishwasher soap, no small coffee/tea until we could get to a shop to buy groceries. Having to go out and buy toilet paper the first evening was super frustrating. Communication was fast and efficient via email which was good. Wifi was ok.

Our apartment was about 13-15 walk from the office. Prperty itself was fine and clean but poor communications. On wall it said leave keys on dining table (if i did i could not lock the door!!) Instructions on the card said leave the key in the post/mail box. Clothes washing machine did not have instructions. Called the office, they can't help you if you didn't have booking/rental agreement number!! Address/name would not help!!

På plussidan: +Läget toppen, nära till tunnelbanan, 20 min promenad till London Eye + lägenheten hade en stor rimlig bäddsoffa, en dubbelsäng och en extra säng fanns i en av garderoberna för att placera var man ville vid behov + kök med micro, spis, ugn, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin + två toaletter +liten balkong + matbutik i samma byggnad + hiss + väldigt tyst i huset, vi hörde inga grannar (men tåget susade intill) + säkert område, kameror i trapphuset för allas säkerhet På minus sidan: - bridge apart. har lägenheter utspridda och ligger inte där receptionen är, den info får man först efter bokningen och betalningen, kan bli väldigt bökigt i fall man anländer sent eller efter 21.00! - receptionen stänger kl. 21 och efter det ska man checka in på en annan del av London och sedan åka långt till lägenheten. - såg inte ut som på bilderna (vi hade bokat lgh med 1 sovrum, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och kök - luktar mögel, speciellt i badrum. Syns i trapphuset men ej inne i lägenheten. -var inte rent, golven hade dammsugits med var inte rena, badrummet var ej rent, kök lika så - tåget åker intill och bullrar grymt mkt, dock ej på natten mellan 23-06 - lite av lotteri då man inte vet vad man bokat förrän det är försent
