Cook with ease in the modern kitchen, complete with SMEG coffee machine, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, and kettle. A dining table seats five comfortably.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors, high ceilings, and stylish furnishings fill the lounge with natural light. A dedicated workspace and access to the private garden make it both practical and inviting.

Perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. (Please note: hot tub not currently in use).
