Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We had no contact or check in details from the host, had a long journey and arrived at the doorstep unable to get in and stranded. The booking was canceled for us and we had to find alternative accommodation and missed the show we had come to see. Ruined the trip and cost us money
