Welcome to our charming self-contained guesthouse, designed to offer comfort, privacy and a truly relaxing stay. The space features air conditioning, a small kitchenette, and a modern shower room, making it ideal for both short and longer visits.



Set in a peaceful residential location, the guesthouse is within easy walking distance of Crystal Palace, Norwood Junction, and Thornton Heath, providing excellent connections to Central London and beyond. Accessed via a private footpath, it offers a quiet and cosy retreat away from the city’s bustle.



To help our guests settle in comfortably, we provide a selection of essential welcome items for the start of your stay. These include water, fizzy drinks, wine or beer, as well as basic food staples such as bread, jam, eggs, milk and oats. This allows you to relax on arrival without the need to rush out to the shops.



As hosts, we genuinely enjoy welcoming guests from all over the world and take pride in creating a warm, thoughtful home-away-from-home experience. We look forward to making your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
