The Space:
Contemporary and stylish arty touches include built-in cabinetry, comfortable relaxing space and a beautiful open kitchen with high end and quality appliances. This is a fresh and clean apartment, ideal for anyone who wants to be somewhere high-end, quiet and peaceful. The main focus of the apartment is no doubt the expansive garden with rolling lawns, countless trees, an outside patio area and table to enjoy eating outside on the warm London summer nights.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire property including the top garden. The whole apartment is yours to enjoy and relax in.
Please note gardener attend to maintain the garden weekly. Please let us know if you need any specific details.

The Neighborhood:
Suburban and leafy area with quick access into central London. Be in Baker street in under 15 minutes! But most of all walk up the hill to Hampstead village and enjoy Hampstead High Street — full of restaurants, coffee shops, clothing and shoe shops, and high end brands.

Getting Around:
The apartment is between Hampstead village (northern line underground station 12 minute walk) and Finchley Road underground and overground station (5 minute walk) as well as access to buses everywhere.

There is construction next door which could cause noise during the day. In London construction is permitted between 8am-6pm Monday - Friday and 8am-1pm on Saturdays. So there is the tendency for noise during these times however it is not continuous as the type of work will differ as the project goes on.
Please check with us for further details and the status of works.

I will be available to help sort out any issues or answer any questions during your stay. For any additional requests Out of office has a luxury lifestyle management focus and runs a concierge service for guests. We can get you pretty much anything you need so don't hesitate to ask!

Spacious flat and beautiful garden in great location

Our family had a great stay at this lovely flat. The location was ideal as we were able to walk to most places we needed to get to and it was also convenient to the tube
