Stay in this spacious one-bedroom flat on the third floor of a modern new build, just a stone’s throw from central London, with lovely views across the skyline. Enjoy sunsets from the private balcony, or head up to the large shared rooftop terrace for 360-degree views over London. With a 55” smart TV, super fast WiFi, a barista-style coffee machine, and underfloor heating, this lived-in home makes an incredibly comfortable base for your trip to London.
The Space:
Step inside and you’ll find a cozy hallway where you can leave your coat and settle in. Straight ahead is the bedroom, with a comfortable king-size bed and views of the city skyline. Just around the corner is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower, perfect for winding down after a day out.
A few steps further, the apartment opens into a bright, open living area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with everything you need, from a coffee machine to an air fryer, whether you’re cooking a meal or just making your morning coffee.
The living room has a large, comfortable sofa with a chaise lounge, making it a great spot to relax and watch Netflix after a long day. From here, you can step out onto the balcony to catch the sunset and, later on, enjoy the beautiful city lights as London comes alive at night.

The flat is a 15-minute walk form both Bermoundsey and Surrey Quays underground stations and a 10-minute walk from South Bermondsey train station, making it super easy to hop on a train and be at London Bridge in about four minutes. From there, you can easily catch trains to Gatwick Airport or connect to the rest of central London. There are also plenty of bus routes right on your doorstep that will whisk you into the city center in about 20 minutes.
