Great, quiet area in London that is centrally located. The directions to access the room were very clear, and the room was perfect for our 4 night stay.
Everything was so good. Clean flat, great location, safe neighbourhood. Just one thing ; we could not open any window in the flat. I recommend this hotel, I would stay again.
Perfect location as a base camp to go to all the historic sites. Five minute walk to the tube station. Five minute walk to the Thames. Many pubs, restaurants, and shopping nearby.
The pod is roomy and the bathroom is modern and clean. The communal kitchen is well appointed.
The only downside to our stay is the 2-3 pubs below. They are noisy with patrons on weeknights until well after midnight. Even with windows closed it is very distracting.
Mattress was uncomfortable with springs sticking up.
Above pub so some related noise and smell.
Ironing board broken and took one day to replace.
Bathroom modern and clean. Electric shower but good pressure.
Had an issue as an internal door locked and would not give me access. Had to call and was difficult to reach someone. Then had to wait in the hallway eventually someone else let me in but I did not get any follow-up to check I was in or okay. Not ideal after a long day.

Great location but room needs improvement.
The room was very basic with cheap towels moderate in size, no kettle in the room although there was a communal one in the kitchen up stairs. On arrival the shower was broken but at least it was repaired during our stay. A couple of the slats in the blind were broken. The mattress felt as though it had seen a lot of service! The pub below is very noisy especially as many of the drinkers spill out onto the road. it was noisy from mid day until 23.00. Plus points are a great location, the use of a communal kitchen and it was perfectly clean.

Excellent location - walkable and close to Temple station, and quiet at night. Check-in was easy and the room was perfect for our stay of a few nights. Would definitely book again!
Easy check in. Property was exactly as expected from website.

Small room, good if planning to sight see and only be in room to sleep and shower. It is very small with minimal amenities. If in need of extra towels ask before coming because they will not bring more. The room is above 3 pubs. Can be crowded and noisy around the area. Once inside it was not loud at all with windows closed and ac on. The ac unit makes a buzzing sound when it switches on which can be slightly annoying. Overall it was a good room and place to stay for the price.
Clean spacious room with everything you need.
Location was good, though above a pub, so quite noisy at times.
Great communication from the hotel (all non-contact) and a decent price.
Only negatives - a "glitchy" tv and very low-flow shower

Disliked: Amenities
Property was located within 10-15 of Piccadilly Circus and Chinatown which was convenient. The metro was about a 5-10 minute walk.
However, the building has no elevator. We asked for fresh towels since our stay was five days and were told they only replenish after TWO weeks because "towels are expensive". But, we were welcome to wash our own towels if we liked. Toiletries were limited to a 3.5 oz bottle of body wash and shampoo, no hand soap.
I would only recommend if you are looking for a room and nothing more. Oh, and pack your own toiletries beforehand.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked a room for my son and his friend to stay in. On the second day, the shower stopped working, and there was no one available to fix it. After his father in the United States contacted Expedia, the hotel offered them the option to use the shower in another room.
However, the next day when they tried to take a shower again, they discovered that the access code to that other room had been changed. When they asked for another place to shower, the response from a staff member was, “Why do you need to shower again?”
I believe that every guest should have a working bathroom in their own room and the basic right to take a shower without having to justify it to hotel staff. When we booked this hotel, there was no mention that the bathroom would be in another room or that showers would be limited.
In the end, my son wasn’t able to shower because they refused to provide access to another bathroom. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional
The property is a short walk from a train station and multiple bus stops. Lots of restaurants in the area. Only complaint about the property was the water pressure was extremely low. Pull out couch was slightly uncomfortable but not too bad. Overall would recommend this property for a family of 4 comfortably for s couple weeks!

Room was adequate for our stay but the bed is horrible. Replace the bed my goodness! We woke up with pain everyday of our trip.
Loved this apartment, it was perfect for our mid week London stay! Great location - close to the Temple underground station, 5 pubs within a 2 minute walk, quick walk to Covent garden and beautiful architecture around.
There are a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment on the top floor so keep that may not suit some.
The bed in the bedroom is super comfy and the room is really spacious. The pullout bed is a little uncomfortable but fine for one person. The kitchen and lounge area are great.
Would absolutely stay again.
The place has tight windows, many places has mold not cleaned for the years. remote control had to wait 1,5 days. broken shower, bot holding it, dirty shower doos. too early check out. not flexible about later check out. dirty and loud (from the pub) on the stairs and loud on the street, evenings. i been single traveller, it was ok with 2 towels for 4 days. but for the couples it is little too much. they offer new sheets just if stay 2 weeks and more . Bed is on the springs, can feel them when turning during the night.
Our family was so lucky to have picked Eldon Chambers for our July visit to London. The flat was comfortable and let us spread out so much more than a traditional hotel. The kids were cozy but comfortable on the convertible sofa. We were able to stock up on a few essentials at a grocery store just steps away which saved us time and money each morning for breakfast. For us, the location was perfect. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to visit in London, and when we couldn't walk, the tube station was very close. The theatre district and the Embankment were minutes away. The flat was modern and comfortable. There were two popular bars on the lower level, and although there were crowds each night, the noise never kept us up. The AC was very much appreciated as we arrived in London during a heat wave.
