The location is in a cozier area of central London right next to all of the busier sights within walking distance. Tonia was very communicative and accommodating, the check in process was a breeze which is appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment itself has everything you need and felt very homey. Really enjoyed staying here!
My family of 3 had a great time staying at the flat. The host was helpful, check in was easy and the place had everything we needed! It is super close to the Northern and Victoria tube stops and we navigated the city with ease. My daughter loved the sofa bed and we all slept great. Highly recommend!
Great apartment that is well located and easy to find. You’re close to St. Pancras, which made it easily accessible for the Eurostar. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Tonia was very communicative and offered some good recommendations for dining out.
Flat was as represented on listing, clean and convenient to tube stations and very walkable to popular areas. Construction is ongoing in the next building so some noise during work hours. Would definitely stay again
This flat has it all. It's a short walk to several Tube stations and bus stops. It's close to a mini market, drugstore and numerous restaurants. It's particularly convenient for West End theatres. And it's beautifully decorated with all the conveniences one would want, and is quiet at night which is a treasure in London. It has a very functional lift, which is a rarity.. Communication with the owner was easy and the owner was helpful when needed. This is a perfect flat for one or two, or three very friendly people. I'll be delighted to stay here again.

It was right where we wanted to be! Quite for the most part but on weekday mornings there can be a little bit of worker noise starting between 7:30 and 8am. Night time was quite, sleep well. I love that we could pack only rollaboards and wash cloths in the flat. The cozy kitchen was just enough for our breakfasts and items we would pick up at the Boroughs Market and food specialty shops. Nice big smart TV, for the few nights we stayed in. We had to add nights, and the host was delightfully flexible around my changing business plans. She checked in on the first night we arrived to make sure everything was good and was extremely responsive to any texts we sent to her. I would like to stay here again.
If you like the pictures, you will love the flat. We arrived on a hot day after a long flight and the fan and cold drinks were a welcome delight. A couple stayed in the bedroom and an adult on the sofa. Tonia had already made up the sofa bed for us. She also included many nice extras and amenities like coffee, toiletries and laundry soap. She made check in a breeze. The location worked beautifully for us. We were in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to many delicious restaurants. We did not cook in the kitchen but it worked well for breakfast. Loved the cozy flat.
A wonderful stay! We (two adults, no kids) visited London for two weeks over the holidays, and the flat was a great “home base” for our excursions throughout London. It provided everything we needed for an extended stay: a well-appointed kitchen, living room with dining area, bedroom, and full bath. For foreign travelers, the universal power strips in the living room and bedroom were especially helpful, as we did not need adaptors for our American power cables. The building is located on a quiet street, and we only rarely heard anything from surrounding flats. Tonia’s instructions for the flat’s amenities and for check-in and check-out were thorough and clear to follow, and she was happy to respond to our texts with helpful information and updates. The location was ideal for us. It is two blocks away from two Tube stops, and it is a manageable walk to other nearby stops as well. It is two blocks from groceries, coffee shops, and also two blocks from a lovely little park. Even better, it is within a 30-minute walk of the West End theaters, shopping on Oxford Street and Regent Street, Picadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, the British Museum, and Trafalgar Square. We were ideally located to walk to most of our destinations, and the nearby Tube stops made longer trips easy to navigate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend this flat to anyone desiring some of the comforts of home in a quiet location nearby to many London attractions!
This is a compact property in a great location. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention and I expect the host will deal with these soon.If you are going to be out and about all day sightseeing this would be a good base in a pleasant upmarket area.Close to the tube and plenty of supermarkets and all the usuals in Tottenham Court Road. There is quite a lot of South facing glass so it does warm up on a sunny day. Fans are provided. That would likely be an issue in the summer months.
There was a bit of a hitch getting into property on time but hosts were very accommodating and we were in direct communication. Coming from Florida, and having no air conditioning was tuff for us. All in all, a very nice property.
The arrival:
Our arrival was very upsetting. The host had provided written instructions for a lock box. The code was WRONG and she was not reachable by phone or what’s app. She later apologized and said she was out of range. She knew our arrival time and yet was completely inaccessible.
I think that is unacceptable.
The apartment:
While the host tried to create a nice place, it’s a school residence. Small and cramped.
There were loud drunken students in the street till the wee hours of the morning, making a great deal of noise.
The hallway reeked from cigarette smoke.
The host has tried to cover the smell with three scent infusers, and scented candles, but that was an equally unpleasant and over powering nauseating scent.
We were not told about the construction site that was right outside our windows. It starts by 7:00 and generates noise and dust. We had to open the windows because it gets hot and there’s no AC.
