South facing garden flat with doors on to the garden that fold back to give one large space. One large bedroom with bay window and shutters. All windows double glazed. Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
Full kitchen with oven, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and granite tops. Washing machine and separate dryer in a cupboard. Fast wifi.
Televisions in kitchen/living room and in the bedroom. Netflix and iplayer available.
Dining table that extends and can fit 8 people for dinner
Access to this lower ground floor flat is down a few steps from the street level. The flat itself is then all on one level.
Flat all newly done with gas boiler, efficient central heating with double glazed windows.
Very convenient for shops ,restaurants and public transport. Near Fulham Broadway and West Brompton tube and overland railway.Close to Earls Court and Olympia.
Access from Gatwick via train to Clapham junction then 2 stops on overground train to West Brompton then a short walk. Easy bus stop in Lillie road is a short walk away. Access from Heathrow by underground to either Hammersmith and take a taxi or straight to Earl's Court and either change to the District line to West Brompton or take a taxi.

Great vacation
My husband and I have stayed here before and I'm glad we stayed here again. Fulham Broadway is the perfect location. It's just far enough outside of Central London that you're not overwhelmed with the crowds; yet, close enough that you can see all the hot spots within minutes. I would stay here again.

Spacious flat close to underground station with easy check in process. The owner provided toiletries, laundry, and fans- everything we needed. The flat could definitely use a deep clean, but otherwise we had no complaints.

Fantastic Location!

The location of the property was great with easy access to Tube, buses ,shops and restaurants. Check in was easy and necessary instructions found in the house. The only let down for us was the cleanliness of the property. It could really do with a deep clean and more attention to detail. Some areas were in need of a lick of paint eg water stains on the ceiling in the bedroom and peeling paint in the bathroom. If these issues were addressed we would definitely go back.

Great spot
This was a great location for our family of four while touring around London. Easy access to tube/busses to make quick trips to all of the main attractions. Located close to many restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay. Tanya was always very quick to respond to any question and check in was a breeze. Would stay here again.

Nice stay in London
Location is excellent, short walk from tube, and all kinds of useful shops and places to eat close at hand including supermarkets. The flat was comfortable, had a few minor issues with lights and bathroom tiles but owner had told us, so no issue. Outdoor space was nice to have with large sliding doors. Top kids bunk was fine, lower one was a bit closed in for my kids liking but there was a separate fold up bed which was used instead. Washer and dryer a huge plus when travelling with family.

Lovely unit but let down by maintenance
The host was very accommodating, allowing us to deposit our bags early so that we could free ourselves of the hire car and get on with our day. It is also a good location in terms of being an easy walk to the station and shops/pubs. From the pictures, however, we hadn't grasped that the flat was a basement flat. This meant that there's quite a bit of noise transfer from the street (and we had problems getting in as we tried to go in the wrong door). Initially we didn't realize either that the windows behind the shutters had been left open, so that of course that made the noise worse. Maintenance and attention to detail seem to be an issue. A number of lights weren't working, and the hot water system initially didn't work, although within an hour of contacting the host we were instructed how to restart it. Apparently the issue happens every 6 months or so, thus perhaps a scheduled pre-emptive check by the host would be warranted? We didn't use the TVs, but did look to try the one in the bedroom only to not be able to turn it on or find the appropriate remote. Lots of dust in spots that weren't high traffic areas, and the bedsheets looked like they'd been kept scrunched up in a ball before being put on the bed. Very little to no information provided on the unit appliances, or on the area. The flat itself is light and and has a sunny aspect at the back. We were also happy that the top bunk bed was big enough to cope with our 6ft tall son.

This place is a trash dump! Avoid it like the plague!
This place is a complete and utter disappointment! This is a list of our experience: There was no hot water the last two days of our stay. The pillows on the couch were water/sweat stained. There were cobwebs at the entrance, on the inside of the door to the unit, and on the inside of door to the patio. There was a piece of tile missing on the bath tub and a small piece of plywood was screwed in its place. There was a red rust colored stain that ran down the wall along the outside of the bathtub. The backsplash behind the bathroom sink was not clean, it contained soap and toothpaste splattering's. The bed pillows were so used that we needed to double them up. There was dirt along the baseboards in the bedroom. The floor to the unit was faded, worn and dirty. Someone left a can of Pepsi in the freezer that exploded and frozen soda pooled in the freezer. And now . . . VRBO will not stand by it's product and provide a refund because we did not call upon check in. Which we would have done, but my wife's cell phone did not work. This owner owes every renter a refund and should never be allowed to rent again. In case you do not believe me, we have photos. We were very disappointed. Just go and rent from someone else.
