Communication with the owner was prompt and great. The pictures on the website show a much cleaner, nicer and cozier place. The lighting was fluorescent and not cozy at all. The entire unit smelled musty. The shower in the bathroom had a lot of mold. The coffee maker looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The washer/dryer combo had a horrible smell.

Very clean, very comfortable and communication could not have been better.It is a basement apartment but has a lot of light and doesn’t feel dark at all. It’s not very close to a tube station which was super disappointing to me, but I should have done my homework. It took almost an hour to get to things like the London tower in an Uber. We probably should have walked the 20 minutes to the tube! There was a grocery store a block away that we went to a number of times and some restaurants including a cute crepe place 2 or 3 blocks away. We enjoyed our stay and felt like locals staying in one of those cute white condos that you always see in London!
