Clean, close to transport link, poor communication
The hosue was clean and not to far from transport links however checking in is very disorganised and they request a £300 despite via credit card before arrival. Our deposit has still not been returned to us after checking out over 2 weeks ago and sending several emails which have been ignored.

Personally I would rather contact the owner privately with my comments but sadly not possible....Our flat would have benefited from a good clean, although not dreadful. The cutlery, Crockery, and saucepans all had food residues and needed to be put through the dishwasher before use. Although not advertised as having a washing machine the machine smelt and had mould in the door seal. The TV signal was dreadful and we were unable to watch TV, apart from one evening. The internet signal was excellent and the location was ideal for our purposes. The bed was comfortable and the showers were good.

Quick easy check in. Friendly staff.
Few issues with the apartment, faulty window latches and blinds.
Overall a great place in a convenient location for Hammersmith or barons court.
Pour les moins : réveillés à 6h30 par des avions, à une bonne 1/2h du centre et literie pas top avec drap déchirés..
Pour les plus : déco sympa et rapport qualité prix top pour une famille de 4p !

El apartamento está algo alejado de las paradas de metro, a unos 15 minutos. La calle es tranquila y se puede andar de noche. Hay algunos restaurantes a unos 10 minutos.
Estaba bien equipado, cocina incluida, pero como siempre en Londres, la cama de matrimonio era muy pequeña y la segunda cama era un sofá cama sólo para niños. Insonorización deficiente, ya que estaba a pie de calle y se oía todo.
This hotel was terrible. It was filthy. Do you suppose it a double bed for two adults is a joke. When we called to complain they sent a man in with a broken inadequate vacuum. I would never ever recommend this hotel. We would like a full refund. The hotel refuses. Hotel.com is willing to give us a $150 gift certificate. But we would like our $361 back. We traveled across country and were extremely disappointed.
E' la prima volta in vita mia che mi capita di entrare in una casa cosi' sporca! Polvere e muffa a profusione. Ma non e' finita qua: avete mai dormito a 20 cm da una cadaia a gas? Vi consiglio di evitare entrambe queste esperienze scegliendo di soggiornare in un'altra struttura.
L'impressione generale che ho avuto dal management della struttura e' che il cliente deve essere solo depredato, fornendo una assistenza che, al di la' della cortesia della telefonata, non ha fatto nulla durante e dopo il soggiorno.
The cleaning was not perfectly done and I really didn’t like the fact they take a £300 deposit. I’ve traveled a lot in the past and nobody charged me for this much. It also takes 14 business days to give me money back. Very inconvenient and also they didn’t let me in until the deposit situation has been fixed by their end. So strange. The place was okay, but plates and sponges were disgustingly filthy. I won’t never come back.

Good apparment, but the furniture need to be Updated
Clean, fair sized apartment. Not the nicest area immediately outside the flat, but not so far to Hammersmith centre (about 15 mins). Awkward check-in process that requires you to send a signature and photo by Smart ‘Phone (not via a PC). Pleasant staff there to welcome you on arrival and show you where everything is etc. Flat is well stocked with all the appliances etc, that you might want for a longer trip.
Apartment was perfect for our needs. A weekend to see a show and do some shopping. Great location, friendly check in Lady & Clean. HOWEVER!
I won't be stuayingbagain until they improve their customer service & security.
1. They requested my credit card details via a word document to be sent with all my security info via email!
2. When I arrived a picture of my driving licences was sent via WhatsApp to God knows who.
3. There was meant to be a £300 hold for a deposit, they took £300 from my account and as of today 3rd Jan I'm still waiting for my deposit back, after confirmation that the apartment was left is good condition. (check out was 10th December). I'm really surprised that Hotels.com would be using places like this which have complete disregard for customer data protection.
Had a really good experience here. Check in was easy. Met with a representative there. Apartment is nice and was comfortable for 4 people. I would recommend this apartment and would stay myself again
Really good location for getting into central London and not too far from the big Westfield shopping centre.
Communication was great and check in was easy.
The apartment was clean, however there were a couple of things that we noticed, i.e. the kettle was unclean but nothing enough to ruin our stay.
The kitchen was fairly well stocked, some wine glasses would have been beneficial but again, this is only a minor issue.
Overall a great place to stay in London, we would definitely stay again.
fantastic interior with great facilities. Not my usual choice of location for a stay in London, however the surrounding area was quiet which was ideal for us as a family.
We travelled as a family of 6 adults, a child and a baby. Sleeping arrangements suited us well, and the two bathrooms were immaculately clean.
My only gripes would be that the information given prior to check in was a little confusing at times (even though I book accommodation on a regular basis), the TV quality was very poor, and one toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Tea, coffee and milk would’ve been a nice touch, too, but we were able to buy these items from a nearby shop.
Overall, good value for money and an enjoyable stay
La struttura è ok anche se non collegata benissimo con la rete di metropolitane.. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il personale che gestisce la struttura non molto flessibile sulla consegna e riconsegna delle chiavi.. Per il resto pulizia interna e servizi offerti sufficienti
Não gostamos porque o flat não tinha nem ar condicionado nem ventilador e fomos em no dia 25 a 27 de julho em pleno verão de 42 graus em Londres e para piorar o flat é térreo, então, por segurança e conselho do funcionário do flat, não abrimos as janelas!!! Foi um forno!!!
E ainda muito distante da parada de metrô. Precisamos pegar um ônibus para ir a parada de metrô mais próxima. Não indicamos este flat! Ah! a cozinha fica no subsolo, ou seja, sem ar e sem luz. O Banheiro do quarto era muito pequeno. Em resumo, não ficaremos mais lá.

Only had one key amongst 5 people which is impossb
Only had one key which is impossible with 5 people wanting to do different things. Contacted office to get another key but this only arrived shortly before we left. Very disappointing as we wasted so much time having to always have one person back at residence to open the door for the others
