It is in T4 very essy to go to othere terminals except T5 that needs two transfers. Nice quiet and clean property, good breakfast as well.

We stayed here the first night we arrived, as we were leaving London the next day. Staff were very courteous and helpful and the breakfast is really very good. The room was clean and well-maintained.

It was in terminal 4. Easy to access. The breakfast buffet was plenty and yummy. Will definitely stay there again.

Great overnight stay on a 13 hours layover- conveniently located on terminal 4. Some walking required and trains to return to the airport but overall good.

Ideal if you need to take an early flight or arrive on a late flight as I did. Well signposted and easy to find from T4 train. Easy check in, decent breakfast, nice view of the terminal from the room for the little time I was there. Highly recommend.

Convenient location to Heathrow airport and we enjoyed the fact that breakfast was included. We found however that the bwds were quite uncomfortable and the pillows rather lumpy.

Very convenient when flying from Heathrow. Nice to have more than one bar/restaurant to choose from. Nice room. Cheerful, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Not on the high end of Holiday Inn properties. The staff seemed disengaged and disinterested in being there. The team in the dining area, however, were wonderful. The room had a jet fuel smell which was concerning for all of us in the room. Would likey look for other lodging in the area next time.

This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. Beaten only by the Ritz in London in my experience but that was more than six times the price. The room, the staff and the breakfast were all excellent. The only criticism I could find is the bacon was a bit tough.

The hotel has a long walkway to get to but once you’re settled it’s very restful. I was able to sleep well but the room seemed warm. The bathroom was clean & shower had a lot of space for an airport hotel. Breakfast was okay. The bread, fruits, yogurt, orange juice was good. The coffee & latte uses a machine. It’s complimentary breakfast so it’s the basic buffet. The upholstery chairs in the breakfast area needs some steam cleaning but it’s ok. Very nice staff. I would come again if I need a convenient place to travel between terminals & to get a ticket to Paddington Station for other trips. I went for a day outing to Bath from Paddington Station. Good for 2 days or an early flight out.
