"A super overnight stay at this lovely hotel! 10 minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall, and overlooking Hyde Park. Kensington High Street is vibrant with many great eateries and shops! Our room was on the tenth floor overlooking Kensington Palace. Modern, stylish decor; comfy bed, pillows, and good linens. Penhaligans bathroom ‘goodies’ were a very nice luxury upgrade from the usual, bog standard hotel toiletries. Excellent! Will definitely stay here again! "

"The hotel is extremely clean and the staff very friendly and the rooms very clean. It was more than I expected to be. The food from room service is quiere good and the prices reasonable. I’m happy there’s a cafe to quickly grab a coffee and go sightsee. I’m definitely going to come back to this hotel "

"It was a short stay. the breakfast was overpriced so we declined it. the room was teeny. there was a folding chair stored with a strap against the wall. The room was so small there was no point in having the chair. The bed seemed smaller than a double. We paid extra for a window, and it was an almost normal window but it was mostly blocked by a wall that was built in front of it! It was fine but I wouldn't book there again."

"The location of this hotel is perfect! It’s easy to walk or jump on the tube to any location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was just as I expected. I would stay here again. "
