Like so many others we were unable to make use of booked properties. However, the manager I spoke to was really helpful and polite. We will re-book when London is open for business!

部屋は大きいわけでは無いが、最低限の大きさはある。部屋の清掃は1週間に2回ある。ヒートラジエーターは調節できないないので暑くなってしまうことがあるが、窓の開閉でなんとかできる。駅からとても近い。

Petit studio fonctionnel et bien situé. Le notre étant en sous sol nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Le logement est propre malgré quelques tâches d'humidité au plafond de la sdb. Dommage de n'avoir d'une seule chaise à table quand le logement est pour 2.

Check-in easy no problems there are no elevators so don't have heavy bags. The apartment was fine no problems apart from being noisy at night and the hot water failed twice, not happy about that but you have to consider the cost = cheap and the location = great.

年末年始に小学生の子供と9泊しました。予約時のメールでの対応が迅速かつ正確になされ、安心してロンドンに到着しました。到着当日はイブで不動産は早く閉まりましたが、事前に相談していたので、鍵の受け取りに問題はありませんでした。また、何かあった時のために緊急連絡先があるのも安心でした。パディントン駅に非常に近く、バス、地下鉄、郊外線など公共交通機関の利用が楽です。また荷物が多ければアパートの目の前までタクシーも呼べます。早朝夜間共に安全で、一人歩きで怖い思いをすることは無いと思います。歩くことに慣れている人なら、バッキンガム宮殿や自然史博物館まで行けると思います。テスコなどのスーパーマーケットや安いお土産屋さんも近いので便利です。電子レンジ、コンロ、各種調理器具、皿類全て揃っていて自炊に便利です。ただ一つ悪い点は、アパートの住民の生活音がかなり聞こえます。礼儀正しい人がほとんどですが、たまに変な人が同時期に泊まったらストレスがたまると思います。またここに泊まりたいと思います。

The experience was great from ckeck in to ckeck out,really....very quite place,exelent bed,mist of my time was out working and allways feel good when back,working and resting...so really all good !! Terribly small, no wardrobe, the loo was literally inside the shower and its window was broken. The heating was extremely high with no possibility to be lowered since there were no valves on the radiator.

The washroom exhaust fan of beside neighbor room make loud noise I not able sleeping. These 6 nights I got sleeping after 2 am until my neighbor sleep and turn off this exhaust fan , then I able sleep. Poor London trip experience !

Muy sucio y descuidado

Nos toco en un sotano y abríamos la ventana y veíamos la basura. Definitivamente muy muy sucio, desde que llegamos las telarañas colgaban del techo y había polvo por todos lados. Las cortinas no cerraban bien y el colchón esta tan viejo que es como si te quedaras sobre los resortes, ya está muy viejo el colchón y no se puede descansar. No lo recomiendo y no me quedaría de nuevo ahí. El precio es alto para lo que ofrecen.

Ok 2-3 star hotel.

Located 5 min walk from Paddington station hotel offered private bathroom and kitchenette with toaster, stove, microwave and fridge. Unfortunately hotel shows signs of wear and tear. Sink and tub do not drain water fast enough. Tv did not work for the duration of a stay. We were promised that this would be fixed however it wasn't. This hotel is a good option for the price that we paid, since we only used it to sleep inside. Please note that there are no elevators, AC, or reception desk. Reception is located on parallel street.
