This 50-sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor without a lift. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed along with a double bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a queen size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800£ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets Allowed (fees apply)
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £40. Both can be provide for £60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
