This apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Central, bright, well furnished and lovely. Anything that came up (need to change towels or a running toilet) was addressed professionally and expeditiously. Would absolutely stay here again!

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The pictures are not as accurate. The building is not kept clean the apartment was old and dirty and smelled. The host didn't care she only kept offering to get it cleaned again, which didn't fix the problem . We checked in and it was so dirty. Offering to clean it again because they knew it was old and dirty and floors and bathrooms were not kept up. There's a strong smell of mold and the windows had no screens. They charge for all the extras like ac units. And they didn't work. The cleaning lady was very nice but the host Noor could care less. It's a money trap. I had reached out to Noor throughout the stay and she would either ignore me or ask me what the problem was and not fix it. I asked for a refund of some sort to compensate for the smell and the uncleanliness but she never answered . I would not rent from this host or from their building in south Kensington London. We stayed 10 days with a family of 6 and they could care less to accommodate us. The fact that the apartment was dirty at check in was enough. Meanwhile they lied about the 3 king beds there is only one so we didn't fit. The rest of the beds are full size. It was a horrible experience and I'm still waiting on some compensation.

This property is on a busy road, which is loud at night. We were tired enough that we could easily sleep most nights, but it did keep us awake a couple nights. Otherwise, it’s in a great location and was perfect for our trip
