The apartment is on the 1st floor and there are stairs to consider as there is no lift in this building.

the apartment is on the main road, so some guest might find it a little noisy for their comfort but the plus point is that its in a safe location and easily and safely accesable 24 hours of the day.
We kindly ask that parties are limited to no more than 4 guests. Please also be mindful of quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
